First of All Greetings,

My name is Paul J. Heh.  I have been a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico for
twenty-five years.  I am sixty-six years old and a retiree from the Albuquerque
Police Department.  I retired in 2011 after serving the citizens of Albuquerque for
over twenty-four years.  I retired at the rank of Senior Sergeant and after watching
the deterioration of the city for the past four years, I have decided I will no longer
sit idle and watch it happen.  Therefore, I have decided to run for Mayor of
Albuquerque.

I have been happily married for seventeen years to my wife Debbie Heh.  I have
three children; Arianna, Chris and Tarra.  I am also a proud grandfather of Xavier,
Mariana and Chato.  Included in our family are our pets; Blue, Socks and Shy.

I have strong work ethics and values.  My work experience comes from sixteen
years as a blue-collar worker at a Factory called Westinghouse Electric, six years
as a police officer with the Hobbs Police Department and over twenty-four years
with the Albuquerque Police Department, to include; patrol officer, detective with the Impact Team, narcotics and senior sergeant.

I am concerned and my loyalty lies with you, your family and our community.  I am asking for your vote in the up-coming Mayoral election on Tuesday, October 8, 2013.  I will get our economy robust again and bring not just jobs, but careers to the citizens of Albuquerque.  I will correct the corruption that plagues our police department and restore the community’s trust in law enforcement. I will address the drug use in Albuquerque and its ties to the high property crime rates and other crimes.

Be Safe,
